Temperature Controller (W100)
The BelGASCP W100 series is a pneumatically operated temperature controller. Under indirect throttle mode, the controller output pressure will decrease when the system temperature rises. Under direct snap mode, the controller out pressure will increase when the system temperature rises.
High-Temp Shutdown Device (W100M)
The W100M is an indirect high temperature shutdown device that is installed into a heated vessel that will act as a shut-off for the vessel. If the temperature exceeds the temperature set by the thermostat, the pilot will stop the flow of gas until manually reset.
High-Pressure Pilot (PL91/92)
The BelGAS CP PL91/92 is a high-pressure pilot designed to be used in conjunction with a control valve. This pilot is designed to withstand the severely corrosive mediums associated with the oil and gas industry. The PL91 is an indirect acting pilot that is designed to be paired with a pressure closing control valve. The PL92 is a direct acting pilot that is designed to be paired with a pressure opening control valve.
Pneumatic Pilot (PL90)
The BelGASCP PL90 is a pneumatic pilot designed to be used in conjunction with a control valve. The PL90 is an indirect acting pilot designed to provide a proportional signal to a control valve in response to changes in the sense pressure.
Fuel Gas Shut-off Valve (P8200)
The BelGASCP P8200 fuel gas shut-off valve, designed primarily for fuel gas scrubber applications, allows instrument gas flow in liquid level applications. Simple mechanical operation closes supply gas as liquid levels increase. Additional customization options available such as float length and seal material.
