The BelGASCP W100 series is a pneumatically operated temperature controller. Under indirect throttle mode, the controller output pressure will decrease when the system temperature rises. Under direct snap mode, the controller out pressure will increase when the system temperature rises.

The W100M is an indirect high temperature shutdown device that is installed into a heated vessel that will act as a shut-off for the vessel. If the temperature exceeds the temperature set by the thermostat, the pilot will stop the flow of gas until manually reset.

The BelGAS CP PL91/92 is a high-pressure pilot designed to be used in conjunction with a control valve. This pilot is designed to withstand the severely corrosive mediums associated with the oil and gas industry. The PL91 is an indirect acting pilot that is designed to be paired with a pressure closing control valve. The PL92 is a direct acting pilot that is designed to be paired with a pressure opening control valve.

The BelGASCP PL90 is a pneumatic pilot designed to be used in conjunction with a control valve. The PL90 is an indirect acting pilot designed to provide a proportional signal to a control valve in response to changes in the sense pressure.

The BelGASCP P8200 fuel gas shut-off valve, designed primarily for fuel gas scrubber applications, allows instrument gas flow in liquid level applications. Simple mechanical operation closes supply gas as liquid levels increase. Additional customization options available such as float length and seal material.

The BelGAS P8400 Series is a snap-acting liquid level controller primarily used for gas compressor scrubber level applications. When the liquid in a tank rises to the point where it lifts the float to a certain point, the magnet on the end of the counterweight trips the magnet on the other side of the device, completing the circuit that sends an electrical signal to a dump valve, alarm or other monitoring device.In addition to performing this function, the controller can be ordered with a manual override switch that will artificially depress the counterweight magnet.Thus, triggering the electrical switch and artificially dumping the contents of the tank.

The BelGAS CP P8100 series is a mechanically operated liquid level controller with a flexible yet rugged design that allows it to perform optimally in the harshest environments. Trim options for the pilot valve, arm, spring, and displacer provide the versatility to set the controller to a wide range of spans, levels, and use in most fluids.

The BelGASCP P8700 series is a low pressure liquid level controller offered in Pneumatic or Electric outputs. The P8700 series offers several options which allow it to control liquid levels in a range of vessels.

The BelGASCP P8500 series is a pneumatically operated liquid level controller with a simple design designed for use in liquid level and liquid interface control applications. Displacers of various materials, as well as different rod lengths are available.

The BelGASCP P8600 series is a snap-acting liquid level switch primarily used for gas compressor scrubber level applications. The pneumatic signal (30-70 PSI) is activated by the P8600 float and then used to open/close a dump valve or similar devices.

The BelGASCP P7100 series is a pneumatically operated control valve. Offering a NACE compliant construction as standard, the P7100 is designed to withstand severely corrosive mediums associated with the oil and gas industry. Trim options of precipitation hardened stainless steel and tungsten carbide allow the P7100 to handle most destructive process conditions. An LCC steel body makes the P7100 well-suited for applications in a wide temperature range.

The 7200 series valve is a pneumatically operated open yoke control valve that is designed to control a variety of fluids at pressures up to 4000 PSIG. The control valve has a NACE compliant optional contruction to withstand severely corrosive mediums associated with the oil and gas industry. A wide variety of trim size, material and flow characteristics are available to handle different mediums and applications.

Used in mainly low-pressure systems, such as oil and water dumps on low-pressure separators, heater treaters, and free water knockouts. Well suited for On/Off situations or throttle control.

The BelGAS CP P7200 Piston Balanced series valve is a pneumatically operated open yoke control valve. The P7200 Piston Balanced series is designed to control a variety of fluids at pressures up to 4000 PSIG in high flow environments.

The BelGAS CP P4000 series is a mechanically operated dump valve for use with a P8000 trunnion assembly or other float operated lever to which the valve is connected.

The BelGASCP P4200 series is an oil or water valve designed to withstand severely corrosive mediums associated with the oil and gas industry.

The BelGASCP P4500 series is a diaphragm operated dump valve for control of low pressure water or oil where 10 PSIG minimum pneumatic signal is available.

The BelGASCP P8900 Visual Indicator measures the liquid head pressure in atmospheric (vented) vessels. The P8900 Visual Indicator constantly indicates the liquid level in the vessel. The liquid level of the vessel is displayed on the P8900 in feet and inches.

The BelGASCP P8900 Single Switch Indicator measures the liquid head pressure in atmospheric (vented) vessels. The liquid level of the vessel is displayed on the P8900 in feet and inches. The P8900 Single Switch Indicator can be calibrated with high and low set points. These set point adjustments complete a circuit to trigger any connected device.

The BelGASCP P5300 is a backpressure regulator with an integrally mounted pilot. Except where liquid or very low gas pressure is involved, upstream gas is used to operate this unit.

Type P627 from BelGAS is a spring loaded, direct-operated, low and high gas pressure regulator, designed to support a variety of applications in the oil and gas industries.

The BelGAS Type P630 is a spring loaded, direct-operated, high pressure, high flow gas pressure regulator.A heavy-duty construction incorporating stainless steel internal components and a powder-coated epoxy exterior finish makes it ideally suited for use within demanding oil and gas environments. All Marsh Bellofram BelGAS Type P630 steel regulators meet NACE MR0175 material requirements for corrosive (sour gas) environments.

The BelGAS Type P99 gas pressure reducing regulator provides a broad range of controlled pressure ranges and capacities for use in a variety of distribution, industrial, and commercial applications.

Ruggedly designed and constructed, the regulators have housings of diecast aluminum. The P40 Regulator is finished with vinyl paint (which resists scratching, weathering & other physical abuse), while the P40 NACE is supplied with an epoxy paint for added corrosion protection. Both the P40 and P40 NACE, are pressure and leak tested prior to shipment from the factory.

The BelGAS Type P37 natural gas and propane regulator contains many of the same characteristics as the Type P38, but at a reduced price. At 110 SCFM (16.5 Mbtu/hr), the P37 offers flow rates comparable to current market suppliers. The use of a relief valve is recommended for this product in accordance with NFPA 58.

Superior regulation and excellent stability make the BelGAS Type P32 natural gas and propane regulator ideal for lower flow applications.

The BelGAS Type P39 configurable gas pressure regulator is the industry’s largest and most easily adjustable. Units are offered with a choice of three different seat materials, allowing the designer to custom fit for individual applications. In addition, our broad selection of six different outlet pressure spring ranges allows for more precise regulation of downstream pressure for better process control. Piping designs can be simplified by using any one (or all) of the regulator’s three standard outlet ports.

The Type P143 gas pressure regulator from BelGAS is ideal for natural gas, air, propane and general purpose gas pressure regulation. Uses include commercial, residential and light industrial for burners and unit heaters. The Type P143 has an internal relief device and is available in the low pressure cut off – LPCO – version. The regulator is applicable to a wide range of gaseous fluids, including air, natural gas and propane. Can be used as a LP regulator.

The Type P140 pressure regulator is ideal for natural gas, air, propane and general purpose gas pressure regulation. Uses include commercial, residential and light industrial for burners and unit heaters. Available with or without internal relief Type P133 ideal for use with residential and light industrial heaters and industrial burners, as a reliable means of supplying gas to furnaces, burners, light industrial heaters and other appliances. No seat-to-seat adjustment is required.

The BelGAS Type P119 air and gas pressure control valve is a versatile, general purpose, spring loaded flow and pressure regulation control valve with on-off or throttling control and inline maintenance capabilities. Units are designed for use within oil, gas, and petrochemical (pipeline), industrial plant air and gas regulation, and other industrial environments.

The BelGAS P200 gas pressure regulator is a manual, direct acting, self-operating, spring loaded adjustable regulator, used in applications where pressure reduction is required.
